Auditorium & Conference Hall
  • Our college auditorium, “Dr. J.K.K. Angappa Chettiar Memorial Hall”, accommodates 500 people. It serves as the venue for all Seminars, Workshops, Meetings, Conferences and Placement related events held in the premises.
  • Additionally, activities of various clubs such as Fine Arts, Entrepreneurship Development Cell, etc., such as student dance practices, quiz and debate competitions, technical skill development training are held in this hall.

Salem Sowdeswari College (SSC) was founded in 1975 by Dr. J.K.K. Angappa Chettiar and Amarar Thiru. T.N.K. Govindaraju Chettiar, under the management of Sri Sowdeswari Mahajana Charitable Trust.
