SSWC has partnered with IFW Techno Creations Pvt. Ltd a Udaipur based College ERP services provider since 2010. Since 2019, the ERP has been cloud based and is available 24/7.

The ERP forms an important backbone of the institution. Most activities are recorded , processed , reported and disseminated through the ERP. The ERP has helped raise the service levels which would other wise not have been possible. The app provided by the ERP providers help staff enter student attendance, and also help students keep up to date about activities in the campus through the calendar, news, downloads section and photo gallery.

Office related services such as Fees, Staff Attendance, Student Attendance, Stock, Student/Staff Services, Student Exam Marks are all handled through the ERP. Student & Parents have the facility to login through individual logins provided to them to view fee payment and due details, attendance and exam marks information.

The E-Library feature and Online Test feature require special mention, since they promote technology based learning and provide adequate utility to the student fraternity.
