Regulations

As per the university rules the students should have 75% attendance in both theory and practical classes.
Those who fail to acquire 75% attendance will not be allowed to write university examinations
Students should appear all the monthly tests
Students should bring their ID cards during the time of examinations

Rules regarding the re-totaling of marks and revaluation:

Applications for the Re-totaling, Revaluation should be submitted to the controller of examinations within 10 days from the date of publication of results with the prescribed fees for each written paper.
Re-totaling, Revaluation are allowed only in theory papers and not in practical examinations.

Salem Sowdeswari College (SSC) was founded in 1975 by Dr. J.K.K. Angappa Chettiar and Amarar Thiru. T.N.K. Govindaraju Chettiar, under the management of Sri Sowdeswari Mahajana Charitable Trust.
