The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is the youth wing of the Indian Armed Forces. It recruits Cadets from High Schools and Colleges. They are trained to develop qualities of Courage, Comradeship, discipline, etc. The training provides opportunity for the students to develop their personality, to render selfless service to the society and enhance their knowledge as Cadets. Unity and Discipline is the motto of NCC.
