The Government of Tamil Nadu have provide Laptop Computers at free of cost to all students studying in both Salem Sowdeswari college (Aided) and Salem Sowdeswari college(Self -Financing Courses). This has opened new vistas of job opportunities for our college students.

Our college provides free Wi-fi connectivity to all the students as well as staff members.

Salem Sowdeswari College (SSC) was founded in 1975 by Dr. J.K.K. Angappa Chettiar and Amarar Thiru. T.N.K. Govindaraju Chettiar, under the management of Sri Sowdeswari Mahajana Charitable Trust.
